If you're an existing iLink customer you can contact our Technical Support Helpdesk.

Reset password via email

To reset your password, click the Having problems signing in? link from the Sign in page.

  1. You will be asked to enter your email address and to verify that the account belongs to you.
  2. You will be sent an email with your login name and a temporary password.

Ask your administrator to reset your password

Your administrator should:

  1. Sign in to iLink.
  2. Click the Administration menu and select the Users option.
  3. View your user's details by clicking the login name.
  4. Click on the Reset password button.
  5. Enter their own password into the Reset password screen and click the Reset password button.

You will receive an email with your login name and password.

Contact Westpac

If you are unable to do either of the above options, you can request Westpac identify you and send an email to ilink_support@qvalent.com.

To add accounts, products or users, contact your Relationship Manager or Client Enquiry Manager.

To add or update users, refer to the User Guide. Please contact your company administrator.

To close a facility, contact your Relationship Manager or Client Enquiry Manager.
