Sign in changes
In the coming months, iLink will be migrated to single sign on (SSO). This is part of a larger initiative to make signing into your Westpac products simpler and more streamlined. This means the way in which you sign into iLink will be changing.
What do I need to do?
For now, you don't need to do anything. When the migration date approaches, this notification will be updated to include further information on the new sign in process. You will also receive an email when the migration occurs that explains the new process and provides links to user guides and support contact information.

All personal information we collect about you is collected, used and disclosed by us in accordance with our Privacy Statement which is available at www.westpac.com.au/privacy/privacy-statement/ or by calling us through your relationship manager or Westpac representative. Our Privacy Statement also provides information about how you can access and correct your personal information and make a complaint. You do not have to provide us with any personal information but, if you don't, we may not be able to process an application or a request for a product or service.
